Pavement licence application fees are:
- New application: £500
- Renewal application: £350
The renewal option and fee is available to premises with an existing issued licence, and would like to renew on the exact terms of their pavement licence.
If you have had a licence previously that has expired, need to make changes to your application or have not had a pavement licence, then you must submit a new application.
Apply for a new licence or renew an existing issued licence
Applications will be decided within 28 days of receipt if they meet the requirements.
Pavement licences can be granted for at least three months, but the council will not grant a licence for more than six months.
